• Oversees a data driven process for ensuring students achieve more than they thought possible and making sure nobody is left behind
• Cares about the development of all talents and social skills in each child

2- Advocate for the School

• Knows how to blend the best of contemporary education thinking with the needs of the local community to create a distinctive positioning for the school
• Drives the marketing and admissions process of the school with passion and a focus on quality that grows the number of students
• Engages with students, teachers, parents and community leaders in a way that conveys the values of the school and Britus Education

3- Talent Developer

• Demonstrates flair for attracting, retaining and developing talent
• Builds high performing teams, and develops high quality relationships with all members of the school community

4- Operational Manager

• Develops a culture and protocols for health & safety that creates a shared responsibility for maintaining a safe environment for learning
• Manages financial budgets with skill and knows how to invest for the greatest return

If you’re an experienced principal or hold a senior position in a reputable school offering an internationally recognised curriculum, and you wish to develop your career further, then we’d like to hear from you.

Our teachers and school leaders are critical to the success of our schools, but a school cannot thrive or operate well without good people on the administrative side.

We’re particularly interested in talented people with experience in the admissions and marketing function of a school. But we’re also interested in people with good experience in finance, HR or facilities management.
