As the Academic Director at Britus Education, Sh. Noora oversees curriculum development and school improvement for the organization’s acquired schools. In this role, she ensures outstanding student achievement and implementation of inclusion policies. Sh. Noora also leads the Enrichment Program at Britus Education, designed to promote all students’ personal, social, and emotional growth.
Sh. Noora Al Khalifa is a seasoned education professional with a career spanning over two decades. She started as a classroom teacher and has served in various roles, including counselor, principal, and director of Bahrain Bayan School, in which she implemented robust policies and procedures to achieve highest BQA rating.
Sh. Noora’s expertise includes implementing academic and social-emotional support programs that provide students with the necessary resources to thrive in their studies and beyond. Her track record includes preparing schools for inspections and accreditations, and participating in school evaluations across the region as part of accreditation teams.
Sh. Noora has earned a master’s degree in education from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College. In addition, she has obtained a certificate in teaching elementary math and science and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
