Sahar Qanati is the Head of Human Resources and Administration. She currently manages the development and execution of the Company and the school’s PR and HR strategies with more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, internal and corporate communications.

Prior to joining Britus Education, Sahar worked as a Director in the Corporate Communications department at GFH Financial Group. Prior to that she worked with FinMark Communications, an international business and financial communications firm, as a Senior Associate, supporting the PR, media and marketing of some of the region’s best known financial institutions and events. Sahar also worked for six years at Arab Insurance Group (ARIG), the region’s largest insurer, where she was an assistant manager in the company’s Human Resources department, providing support on internal communications, training & development, performance management and employee engagement. She began her career with Ernst & Young Bahrain in 2006.

Sahar holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from University of Bahrain and Advanced Diplomas in Chartered Institute for Public Relations (CIPR) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She recently completed an Advanced Diploma in Crisis Communication with merit from CIPR, making her the first Bahraini receiving this Diploma.
